Thermocouples are designed for measuring temperature. It is two dissimilar metallic wires joined together to form a junction. When the junction is heated or cooled, a small voltage is generated in the electrical circuit of the thermocouple which can be measured. This is what corresponds to temperature, developed to give accuracy and linearity.

Made to be robust, responsive, and to measure a wide range of temperatures. Manufactured to suit almost any application across many different industries.
